Agent seats are a plan term — your dashboard shows live seat usage. The Payment and Marketing modules are optional add-ons: each carries a 0.3% platform module fee on the orders it processes. Manual bank-transfer payments carry no fee on any plan.

Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. It is a plan, not a trial — 3 services, unlimited orders, your public storefront, the client portal, and manual bank-transfer payments, forever, with no card on file. The only things it lacks are the bigger service menu, hiding the Serront footer, and the optional Payment/Marketing modules.Do you take a commission on my sales?
No. Serront is a flat monthly price per workspace. When a buyer pays you by bank transfer, the money goes straight to your account — Serront never touches it. If you choose to enable the optional Payment module (Plugipay online checkout) or Marketing module (Ripllo discount codes), each carries a 0.3% platform module fee on the orders it processes — a fee for the module, not a commission on your sales, and both modules are optional.How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed in IDR through a Plugipay hosted checkout — QRIS, virtual account, e-wallet, or card. Each payment covers 30 days. We never auto-charge a stored card: when a period ends you renew from the billing page, and if you don’t, your workspace simply falls back to the Free plan.What happens if my plan lapses or I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your services, orders, and storefront stay exactly as they are. Free-plan limits apply to new actions: you can’t create services past the Free limit, hide the Serront footer, or enable modules until you’re on a paid plan again. You can always turn modules off.Can I switch plans any time?
Yes. Upgrade from the billing page whenever you like — the new plan applies as soon as Plugipay confirms the payment, usually within seconds.
