About Serront

Serront exists so that selling a service doesn't mean giving a marketplace a cut of every order.

Most Indonesian freelancers and small service businesses run on one of two things: a marketplace that takes 10–20% of every order and owns the client relationship, or a WhatsApp thread with no record of what was offered, what was quoted, or whether the transfer ever arrived. International booking suites don't fit either — they price in USD and assume every client pays by card.

Serront is the third option: your own storefront. You publish your services — fixed price, hourly, or packages — share one link, and every request lands in an inbox where you quote, message the buyer, and confirm their bank transfer when the proof checks out. You pay one flat price in rupiah; your sales are yours.

Our principles

  • No commission, ever. Serront is a flat monthly price per workspace. Bank transfers go straight to your account — we never sit in the middle of your money. The optional Payment and Marketing modules carry a 0.3% module fee on the orders they process, and both are off by default.
  • Buyers never need an account. Ordering takes a name and an email. Each order gets a private tracking link with the thread and payment instructions; returning clients can sign in to the client portal with a one-time email code — no password.
  • Manual payments are first-class. Bank transfer with proof and seller confirmation is the default flow on every plan — not a fallback. Online checkout is an optional module, not a requirement.
  • Transparent pricing. IDR pricing for our market, billed in 30-day periods. We never auto-charge a stored card — if you don't renew, your workspace falls back to the Free plan and nothing is deleted.
